Product Overview

PCE Superplasticizer Flakes PCE-F is a solid flake polycarboxylate superplasticizer developed by GoChem, directly made into flake products through special synthesis process without spray drying. It features high active ingredient content, fast dissolution, good storage stability and low transportation cost, especially suitable for export, long-distance transportation and special dry building material products. It has high water reduction rate, and its performance is equivalent to high-end liquid products.

Recommended Dosage

- Normal dosage is 0.2%-0.6% of total cementitious materials weight. It is recommended to prepare into 40% concentration solution before use

- When dissolving, use 40-60℃ warm water and stir to accelerate dissolution. After completely dissolved, use it the same way as liquid PCE

Storage & Transportation

- Store in cool and dry place, moisture-proof, sun-proof, away from high temperature heat sources
