Product Overview

Wind Turbine Foundation Grout CGM-W is an ultra-high strength, high toughness, high fatigue resistance, low hydration heat special grouting material developed by GoChem for onshore and offshore wind turbine foundation grouting. It is compounded with special cementitious material, high-strength hard aggregate and high-performance additives. It features ultra-high early and late strength, excellent fatigue resistance, impact resistance and durability, can withstand dynamic loads and extreme environmental conditions during wind turbine operation, meets long-term safe operation requirements of wind turbine foundations.

 Construction Notes

- Recommended water addition: 10%-12% (of dry powder weight), use forced mixer for mixing

- Roughen foundation surface and fully wet before grouting, remove standing water and debris

- Use continuous pumping or high-level funnel method for grouting, ensure continuous and dense

- Construction temperature 5-35℃, cover and cure in time after grouting, curing period not less than 14 days

- For offshore construction, arrange construction time reasonably according to tides and sea conditions

- 25kg moisture-proof kraft bag with PE liner

- 1000kg bulk bag packaging, suitable for large volume construction

Storage & Transportation

- Store in dry and ventilated warehouse, strictly moisture-proof and rain-proof, shelf life 6 months
